The 收发室 is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and is closed 12:00 - 1:00 pm for lunch. Please note we are not able to accept deliveries during the lunch hour.

University mail is delivered on campus and picked up daily for processing M-F; mail stops are organized by department. Outgoing mail brought to the 收发室 by 1:00 pm can be processed the same day. All outgoing mail must be marked with each department's organization [ORGN] code for appropriate billing.
